A pattern, based on the client’s design, is created and placed into a mold to form the cavity where the metal will be poured.
Sand is packed around the pattern to create a mold, leaving a cavity that captures the component's shape.
The selected metal is melted in a furnace and poured into the sand mold, filling the cavity and taking the shape of the part.
The molten metal cools and solidifies within the sand mold, forming the final component.
Once the metal has solidified, the sand mold is broken away, and the casting is cleaned of any remaining sand or debris.
The casting undergoes final finishing processes, including deburring, polishing, and surface treatments.
