How we work
Comprehensive Investment Castings Process

Pattern Creation
A wax pattern is created based on the design specifications provided by the client.

Shell Building
The wax pattern is dipped into a ceramic slurry to create a hard outer shell.

Wax Removal
The shell is heated to remove the wax, leaving behind a hollow ceramic mold.

Metal Pouring
Molten metal is poured into the ceramic mold, filling the cavity left by the wax.

Cooling & Shell Removal
After the metal cools and solidifies, the ceramic shell is broken away, revealing the finished casting.

Finishing & Quality Testing
The casting is cleaned, heat-treated, and tested to ensure compliance with specifications.
